Kilic. White Gel Eyeliner.
Creamy long-lasting waterproof gel texture with excellent pigmentation and covering power. Formulated to give you enough working time and once dry, it doesn't move. Suitable for the eye area, water line and lips. Waterproof.
How to apply?
Depending on what you want to do you can apply it with a synthetic fine liner brush or synthetic angled liner brush if you want to do a liner. Or you can use a synthetic flat brush to do a smokey look.

Excellent for making makeup with cuts or cut crease, eyeliner, eye primer and faded. They can also be used as lipsticks.
