How to apply it?
The best way to apply them is to make sure your skin is well prepped and moisturized with your favorite product. Simply press your brush into the lid using a small amount of the product and then gently press into skin. These stick best on a creamy base. Glitters should be applied using a glitter glue. We recommend using our Starlight Glitter Glue.

By applying your pigments over a black base you are accentuating the color. It will look so much better over a black base.
