How to apply it?
Glitters should be applied using a glitter glue. We recommend using our Starlight Glitter Glue. After applying the glitter glue, simply press your brush into the lid using a small amount of the product and then gently press into skin. These stick best on a creamy base.

By applying your pigments over a black base you are accentuating the color. It will look so much better over a black base.
